Dorothée Meilichzon is a French architect and designer and the founder of Chzon, the global design agency she opened in 2009 in Paris and which is specialised in hospitality design. The studio has designed over 50 projects in Paris, London, Ibiza, Menorca, Venice, Basel, Monaco and New York, from interior architecture to the design of furnishings and all the graphic elements. Dorothée’s designs are original and seductive, often with a vintage aesthetic, full of colour and contrast, in different styles but in perfect balance. Eclecticism, an extraordinary taste for colour and extreme refinement are the distinctive features of her unmistakable style.

Morelato embodies excellence in furnishing, located in the Verona area, with production ranging from period furniture to design furniture, always characterized by expert and refined manual skills. From the founder, Aldo to Giorgio, the great maestro, and Alessandro, the new generation, this family-run business creates pieces of extraordinary quality, following the high-end Italian cabinet-making tradition, with a spirit of research and experimentation that has always distinguished its production, from classic to contemporary furniture, also thanks to continuous collaborations with important designers. The encounter between the creative imagination of Dorothée and the constructive and manual experience of Giorgio and Alessandro was immediately marked by great harmony and immediate understanding, which took shape in a striking outdoor armchair, which is both classic and surprisingly contemporary.
