Elena Salmistraro
Carraro Chabarik
The collaboration between Mohamed and Laura with Elena was immediately very creative, intense and fruitful; new proposals and solutions gave the project unique and indescribable energy. Inspired by the theme of nature which begins in one form and then changes intoanother shape, such as a caterpillar which becomes a butterfly, the bench takes on an organic shape and the colours increase in intensity reflected in thecross-section, generating a poetic object that is continuously evolving, a sort of monument to change, to rebirth and to life.
Elena Salmistraro is an artist and designer who lives and works in Milan.
