BUBBLE DRESSOIR

The project explores the boundaries of wood carving, expressed by the talent of a master artisan. The wood has been carved in a double-sided way: where the carved surfaces meet, a new pattern appears. A new formal, creative and technical experimentation was made possible thanks to the exchange between Lex Pott and Rivadossi: the Bubble dressoir is the expression of excellent execution and masterful dexterity deriving from over fifty years of exploration into the formal possibilities of wood, and of the love for the material passed on in this family of Lombard artisans. From this dialogue, a unique and precious object was born: its design is expressed through poetic and contemporary shapes, the fruit of imagination and technical knowledge.
