DOUBLE DEPTH

“Double depth” is the result of an effort to create a mirror thanks to a geometric purity which simultaneously connects two different surfaces. The surface treatment has been made partially on mirror and partially on a multi-layered patina. It combines simplicity of shape, richness of structure and at the same time it retains its depth.

Mirror works with space, reflects reality, portrays the world “through the looking glass”, so it distorts the world. And as into life it is not all is enlightened, the mirror as well is not luminous at first sight. Mysterious brass transmutes in glitzy gloss mirror. Due to its characteristics, the mirror becomes usable for multiple purposes.
